The Problem
The legacy platform was built using Knockout.js, which made maintenance difficult and slow. It lacked mobile responsiveness, had an outdated design, and did not consider scalability or accessibility. These issues necessitated a comprehensive overhaul to improve performance, usability, and future-proofing.
Template Based Exercises
EFS offers engaging, template-based exercises that cover grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and writing skills. Each exercise is designed for various proficiency levels and includes multimedia elements like audio, video, and images. Learners receive instant feedback and can track their progress over time, staying motivated. Educators can easily customize the templates to meet their student's needs, making the learning process more personalized and effective.

The platform offers immediate feedback on correct and incorrect answers, along with the number of attempts remaining. It features icons that represent different language skills—speaking, reading, listening, and writing—allowing users to easily see which aspect they are focusing on.

It features a customizable editor that empowers educators and learners to personalize learning paths. It supports easy modification of lesson plans, assessments, and content sequencing while fostering engagement with multimedia, quizzes, and collaborative projects.
